The reports can be located on the Provider Portal. There are three current reports available for the provider., My Plans, My Consumers, My Revenue.
- My Plans: Get a quick overview of your current plans, here you can disable or enable plans, edit, duplicate, or delete a plan. * You are not able to delete a plan if it has already been sold to a consumer.
- My Consumers: Here is where you can find all your current consumers and view their current plans, also view if they have purchased the plan for themselves, a family member, a friend, or a pet.
- My Revenue: High-level overview of all purchases and payments for your account.
