What is the cancellation policy for consumers (buyers) of plans?

A consumer can cancel a Plan purchase within 7 days for any reason as long as no usage is applied to the Plan. In this case, the plan fees are not charged.


After 7 days, or if services are applied within 7 days, you must pay for the services you have consumed at non-discounted a-la-carte pricing or pay the plan in full, whichever is less expensive to you.  In some cases, keeping the plan for the remainder of the plan period may be financial better. This can be done by selecting the “Do not renew” option.
