What is the cancellation policy for consumers (buyers) of plans?

NOTE: No fee is charged for the first 7 days post-plan sign-up, and the client can cancel without any fees. This is only as long as there is no item usage. 

Here's how to cancel a plan:

Please log in to: https://wellnesscareplus.com/ 

Click "Cancel Plan" for the plan(s) you would like to cancel and follow the flow.  

Please note that if your service item usage is less than or equal to the total amount paid, you will be able to cancel without any balance. If your usage is greater than what you have paid for the plan, you will have to option to pay the balance and cancel, or continue making payments but not have the plan renewed.  All this is detailed in the Terms and Conditions: https://wellnesscareplus.com/terms-and-conditions
