Cancelling a plan within 7 days of purchase

If the provider has not applied any service usage to your plan, package, or membership, you will be able to cancel your plan without any additional fees. Fees you may have already paid are not refundable. Please see the Terms and Conditions for additional information.  


While the plan is in the initial 7 day period, it shows as Trialing or New on the Provider Portal.
