We want to bring the consumer and the provider together. The consumer can request a provider to sign up with PlanSplit by clicking on the “Provider/Plan Request" link in the footer of the app. They will be able to send us what they are looking for as far as the plan or services they are looking to receive. An agent from PlanSplit will review the request and reach out to the Provider's office to discuss our platform and consumer requests.
