These terms are used on the consumer side of PlanSplit. Plans are marked inactive if there is a payment or other issue. Services will not be provided to the consumer and no usage can be applied by the provider while the plan is inactive. The issue causing the plan to be inactive must be resolved for the plan to return to active status. If you are experiencing issues with your payment or if your account has been marked as inactive, please call our customer service agents for further assistance via chat support or submit a ticket.
