- You must have adequate Role Permissions to perform this action.
- From your Provider Portal select My Consumers.
- Search for the consumer.
- Click on the Consumer and plan being used today.
- Open dropdown.
- Then select Correct Usage.
- Make your corrections and click Apply correction.
- You have the option to email the consumer the usage or print it out for them. Please note that the consumer will also have a Consumer Dashboard of their own.
