Correcting item usage

  1. You must have adequate Role Permissions to perform this action.
  2. From your Provider Portal select My Consumers. 
  3. Search for the consumer.   
  4. Click on the Consumer and plan being used today. 
  5. Open dropdown. 
  6. Then select Correct Usage. 
  7. Make your corrections and click Apply correction. 
  8. You have the option to email the consumer the usage or print it out for them. Please note that the consumer will also have a Consumer Dashboard of their own.
