Creating a Consumer Profile/Provider Portal

  1. Click “Login/Signup” from any page to get started
  2. Select “Create an account”
  3. Complete the form and enter a password
  4. Signing in with your Facebook or Google accounts is optional


...To create a Provider Portal, continue to the following steps

  1. Once a consumer profile is created, to become a PlanSplit Provider, sign in to your consumer profile and select “Provider Portal” in the header
  2. Complete the form by entering the details of your organization
  3. Continue by entering the banking information necessary for deposits
  4. Complete the verification process
  5. Once approved plans offered by your business/practice can be enabled.
